1. Eligibility for Returns
You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. undergarments or customized gear) may not be eligible for return.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost may be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is out of stock, we may issue store credit or a refund instead.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@bushisports.com
with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace or refund it promptly.
